Swift response leads to arrests

Vision Tactical Panic App activations from members of the community led to the speedy arrest of three alleged car smash & grabbers in the Houghton area of Johannesburg on 22nd December 2017.

The suspects were apprehended after being caught at the scene in possession of stolen items.

The swift response from the Vision Tactical Responce Unit led to the discovery of stolen phones, bags and wallets.

Yaseen Theba, Director of Vision Tactical commended the work done by the tactical responders in apprehending the suspects.

“We hope this will send a message to those wishing to commit crime in the area that we are all over to make sure that the community is protected and we also encourage the other community members to download the app,” said Theba.

The suspects were handed over to the South African Police Service.
