Celebrating a Decade of Excellence in Community Safety

This year marked 10 years of Vision Tactical, a decade of unwavering commitment to protecting and serving our communities. As we reflect on this milestone, we are proud of the progress we’ve made and the impact we’ve had.

Together with our dedicated team, we spent months engaging in extensive consultations to better understand the needs and concerns of our clients and communities. We connected with over 300 groups, including residents, councillors, neighborhood associations, business organisations, hospitals, schools, law enforcement, and everyday South Africans. These conversations allowed us to identify ways to make our environment safer and better for everyone.

We are deeply grateful to each person and group who offered their thoughtful and valuable insights. Building on this collaborative effort, in October 2023, we proudly implemented the #SecureLinkHub at our new premises, marking a significant step forward in our commitment to safety and innovation.

By harnessing the power of AI and advanced reporting systems, the #SecureLinkHub played a pivotal role in:

• Identifying crime hotspots

• Tracking wanted suspects

• Enhancing responsiveness

These advancements not only made our operations more efficient but also allowed us to stay ahead in ensuring public safety.

2024 was a significant year for South Africa as it was an election year, typically a time of heightened public activity, protests, and potential disorder. However, we are proud to report that the elections proceeded smoothly. Our strong collaboration with the police proved that partnerships are key to effective community safety.

• 302 Vehicles Recovered

Together, we contributed to 128 police operations, including Operation Shanela and various initiatives to combat kidnapping syndicates, achieving significant successes for both our team and law enforcement as a whole. Our unwavering commitment and dedication to dismantling these criminal networks were recognised at this years EXcellence Awards by Major-General Shadrack Sibiya, the Deputy National Commissioner’s Special Award.
